This painting came out of one of my favorite ways to create — a full-body, mark-making session where I spread multiple canvases across the studio, turned up the music, and let the energy move straight through me. I was dancing, painting, and responding to the moment with no plan, no perfection, just pure expression.

These bold red and orange marks flowed intuitively, almost like they were drawing themselves. The teal background adds contrast and vibration, making the whole piece feel alive, warm, and electric. When I work this way, it’s not about making something recognizable — it’s about letting my body translate emotion and energy into color and gesture.
