I created this mixed-media piece as part of my ongoing series celebrating the iconic honky-tonks of Broadway, using layered paper, acrylic paint, and bold linework to bring the energy of downtown to life.

I’ve always loved the gritty charm of Broadway — the neon signs, the guitars, the rhythm of live music spilling out every doorway. When I first moved to Nashville to be a songwriter, these places felt like possibility. This artwork is a tribute to that feeling: the music, the hope, the history, and the electric spirit of one of the most famous corners in town.
