It’s no secret that Nashville is bursting with artists and opportunities for them. The biggest problem is connecting artists and those opportunities in one simple spot.
The great news is that there are many people aware of this and have already started doing something to resolve it. Metro Nashville Arts recently launched their new artist directory on NowPlayingNashville.com and I highly recommend you create a profile or just check it out to discover our talented creative community.
So even though there’s a lot already going to help artists there are still many unanswered questions from artists who want to get involved, but just don’t know where to start. To resolved this issue, I’ve compiled a list of everything I’ve learned over the years to help you get shown and sold. If I’m missing something, please leave a comment and let’s start a conversation about how we can all help each other to maximize our presence in Nashville. I’m happy to continue editing this list so please send in your suggestions!
If you’re not an artist, just an artist lover/buyer please look over this list to see where you can purchase local art all over the city.
